She then refused to see our Family member miss Harley due to the vet we use?! I was crying, shaking, a total mess trying to find a vet on my phone with screaming kids that had just seen their best friend be ran over the lady knew I was crying on the phone and was heartless.. I then traveled on my way to St joe with my daughter in the back of the truck holding her pup and sick she was so upset. I then stopped at twin oaks due to our pup wasn't doing so good they was very nice and tried to get ahold of the vet but he wasn't in.. I proceeded on to st joe and 5 min before we arrived she passed. I have to say I'm not the only one ive been told that has been turned away for having the same vet as I do I feel this is so very wrong , unprofessional, and heartless they are a place of business and are to take care of animals I feel they should move out of this line of work it doesn't sound like they really care for animals. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and they also have clinics in Cameron, Gallatin, and Hamilton.. I will also call BBB on them I'm so disappointed in their behavior and very heartbroken.
