  I just remembered: go to Dinter's website. When I was there in the spring they had a PHENOMENAL selection of fruit trees. Not as filled with obscure varieties as the Saltspring place, but really impressive. And they group them in terms of Early, Mid-Season, and Late Season, which is really handy if you need multiple pollinators. Dinters also has the best prices on the lower island.
