  Hi all! Looking for some info, suggestions where one can arrange a braai venue for wedding guests coming through for a weekend wedding? Purpose is to get majority of people coming from far to social the Friday night. Was looking at places like Emmerentia dam etc, but only open from sunrise till sunset... Is there a place that will be accommodating for free or at a low venue hire price? Maybe a guesthouse that will also accommodate some of the guests..

  Ali Cats in Randburg central (next to St Stithians) may be an option. They have an outside braai area, restaurant & bar. http://www.alicats.co.za/index.php As far as I know, you can book for free, since you will buy your drinks etc from the venue.
