Along the way, they listened well to our concerns, answered every question we had, set us up with a great lender who broke down every single cost we could possibly expect, helped us breeze through the paperwork through e-signing, and did everything else they possibly could to make our purchase smooth and easy. They earned their cut. My buying agent's name was Shawn Carter, he's a great dude.

Just be warned, my husband is picky about the location and yard while I will be picky about the house itself and, unfortunately, we do not have the budget to be super picky.
