  I've had TERRIBLE sciatic nerve pain for going on 3 weeks. Just when I have a good day, it comes back full force. I used to have it frequently, but this time is different. It seems to mostly be in only my hip. (Sometimes down the leg) Any advice on how to help it? I've tried stretching and ice and heat. Nothing helps long term. I know I need to see my doctor and have an appointment on Monday. Just wondering if there's any miracle advice. Thanks in advance!
