  Deffo for suggestions, unfortunately not-deffo for being able to join in on the bubbly fun this time. Les Berceaux has already been mentioned, but they offer two choices. The more classic restaurant is Les Berceaux. Their slightly more informal option is the Bistrot le 7. Great wines and food. Love the wine cellar "wall". Otherwise, a local institution is the Brasserie la Banque. I would suggest one step further that is combining the bubbly joy of visiting and tasting with a great domain Boutique Champagne Janisson-Baradon Et Fils, where you can ask the very friendly people managing this great place to visit and taste leading domain champagnes what their favorite local eateries are.
