TWC is horrible and I'm tired of dealing with their sad excuse of "blazing fast Internet". Any other options someone can suggest? Tried Verizon Fios but they don't service our area.

twc has essentially monopolized areas of ny with deals that push out other competitors. i highly suggest everyone signs up for greenlight networks. i have heard nothing but praise from everyone that does get it and the only way we can "mass exodus" from twc is by everyone signing up for greenlight! i pay 80$ a month for internet that barely suits what i need it for when i could be paying 50$ a month for better internet then i have now. also if you sign up for greenlight you will be supporting a local company instead of a monopolizing giant like twc. Dont forget that twc and comcast tried to merge...
New to ROC, questions abound. Hi all, just moved to Rochester at the end of June, started at UR, bought a house in Irondequiot, and was hoping to seek this sub's advice on a few homeowner questions and things about town. So, in no particular order, here they go. My apologizes if there is a linked FAQ somewhere and I missed it!
1. Anyone know a good roofer? I bought the property knowing it would need work, and I'd love to get a few estimates.
2. How about an electrician?
3. Chimney repair/sweep?
4. Where can I find a reliable locksmith to get keys made for both the house and my car (because I have to submit to the lockbox overlords at UR). I have always had bad luck with Home Depot or Lowe's made keys.
5. Do I even bother with Frontier for internet or do I stick with TWC?
6. Any recommendations for companies to replace/update windows?
edit: a word

Regarding #5: What part of Irondequoit do you live in? If you're in the Winona Woods area (west side of St. Paul near the Seneca Park Zoo), you might have access to [Greenlight Networks](http://greenlightnetworks.com/) very soon. Way better than TWC or Frontier if it's available in your neighborhood.
