  Peg is set up to take insurance just like any other doctor. So, depending on who you have, it might just be a regular office copay. She doesn't have a website, but her number is (317) 885-3677. It's a 3 month wait to get in as a new patient, so don't delay on calling. The first visit takes about 3 hours and is very extensive. After that it's not quite as hard to get in.
