  Terry C. wrote: Today was John's third visit to our home for various issues. I couldn't be more pleased with his service and quality of work. He knows what he's doing and gets the job done right the first time and at a fair price, especially considering that 2 of our 3 visits have been over the weekend. He is quick to respond to a call and if at all possible comes out the same day. Would very highly recommend and if you have used other contractors in St. Augustine you know that it can be very hit or miss. John is a HIT.

  Kyle W. wrote: Hire this guy if you like to be over charged $300 or more for the work. Hired him to change a stuck shower cartridge, couldn't get it out and the shower valve was damaged. He cut a small hole in the wall behind the valve and replaced the existing one with a Delta valve (Moen was in there before) and trim piece (the parts on amazon are about $80). He was there less than 2hrs and changed $625. So, I was charged $525 for 2hrs of work. The receipt wasn't even itemized showing how much he charged for parts, per hour rate, etc. That's insane ... I will never call this guy again, and you shouldn't either ... unless you like to get ripped off.
