Moving into a house and looking for a few services within the next couple of months. For a spider problem.. Best exterminator? Also, keeping an eye out for someone who could do a really good cleaning job inside the house before we move in. Need some trees and rose bushes trimmed properly. Hardwood floors in the house is really dingy/old looking. Does anyone know how to/how much to clean that up ? I mean do you have to either refinish them or just mop real good or are there other options? Any advice would be nice, thank you :)
