  Hi ladies, I was wondering if anyone could help me please. My friend's 3 month old pug injured the elbow joint and he needs surgery as soon as possible. She already has examination and x-rays done at a veterinary clinic and doesn't want to have to repay for them. Does anyone know of an affordable animal hospital? She called many places and most of them are $3000. She doesn't mind driving further to get a more affordable price. Thank you very much for all your help!
