  Dr. Laurant Sigg at Wee Care pediatrics in Kaysville, UT. Not all (some) doctors at the other Wee Care locations are, but he is. I worked in his office and asked him personally, and he is opposed to it, and will not do circs. Plus, he is so kind. The number is 801-773-8644. The main office is open 24/7 to see patients and make appointmemts, but he keeps regular business hours. I really love few other doctors at the other locations too, that don't circ, like Rod Maxwell, Davin Hansen, Bob Bunnell, Alisa Barnes, and some others, but I've not been in a room with them to know if they recommend it, or retract, or if their medical assistants do, and I hadn't asked yet.   For child/teen? Wee Care Pediatrics has several locations and the Layton office is always open. Most insurances pay for one well check per year (sports physicals are considered a well check). They do require appointments, but being open always you can really get in just about any time. Their number is 801-773-8644. Good luck
