Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
im from edmonton and was introduced as a labourer for another company. learned the ropes and branched off on my own determined to make a better experience for my customer. my work ethic is simple, a job worth doing is worth doing well!
Describe a typical work day for you?
a typical days work involves mostly phone marketing, I'm just a startup business and am still a one man show. I do it all. starting with at minimum 4 hrs of calling to line up work. scheduling work in a specific area as to keep the savings in my customers pockets by eliminating the travel charges. once work starts on a home it will take me 2- 4 hours depending on the size of the home. my prices are determined also by square footage as opposed to number of vents. makes more sense to me, larger the home is the longer the job is! also it keeps it simple, 1 set price no hidden costs.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
i am a family man and have them to inspire me to be successful!
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
honesty and cooperation
What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
was at one customers beautiful mega home and was made a great lunch whiles lounging in there back yard beside there man made creek. was very relaxing and enjoyed there great company just socializing. was a nice experience
