  Have you tried [858Graphics?](http://www.858 graphics.com/) They do a lot of vinyl printing, outdoor signs, and that sort of thing. They might not have that exact material, but they'll probably have something that will work just as well for a playfield overlay. I would think the ideal solution would be to print it backwards on clear vinyl and then mount it upside down, so the ball is rolling on the vinyl surface rather than the ink. But I've never actually done it, so I don't know that it would work...
