About us
Adriana is a graduate of The Inland Massage Institute of Spokane WA, and has been practicing Massage Therapy, Reflexology, and Energy work for over 20 years.
Her work is considered by many to be very thorough, powerful and integrative, yet with a nurturing, sensiive and intuitive touch and approach.
Due to her adaptability, sessions can be adjusted to fit the needs of her varied clientele.
Adriana uses integrative and advanced Medical Massage techniques in assisting your body to rediscover it's natural balance including modalities listed below:
Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Lymph Drainage, PNF (specific stretch tech), Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy,
Myo-skeletal Alignment Tech (structural integration), Cranio Sacral Th, Shiatsu, Cross Fiber Friction (scar tissue reduction), Foot Reflexology, Muscle Release Tech, Muscle Energy Tech, Cryotherapy (ice massage), Sports Massage, Reiki Energy Healing
Over the course of her career a calling to spread the healing effectiveness of Reflexology led her to instruct workshops for professional massage schools such as The Noetic School of Massage, and Inland Massage Institute of Spokane.
Adriana is dedicated to continually expanding and deepening her knowledge of bodywork and is currently working toward Master-ship of Myo-Skeletal Alignment Technique through the Freedom From Pain Institute.

On a side note, she also was co-founder of Sandpoint's first two annual Healing Arts Expo, which spearheaded a network of health professionals to exchange and share valuable information with each other and the community.
