About us
Hello and welcome to Lily & Giraffe. My name is Helen and I make lovely handmade children's clothes from my home in Ashby. I have two girls and have loved making clothes for them to wear. After I could no longer fit any more in their wardrobes, I decided to set up Lily & Giraffe!!
All my clothing is made with premium cottons and I like to use bright and bold patterns :) All of my seams are overlocked for maximum strength and I try and use patterns that allow the clothing to grow with your child, to make them last that little bit longer.
Purchases can be made in a number of ways; bespoke orders can be made either via here by PM or on my website www.lilyandgiraffe.co.uk

Payment can be made with paypal or by card after an invoice has been sent through to your email address. Unless otherwise agreed, I would like prompt payment please, so that I can send the item quickly to you/start making your bespoke clothing, although I also appreciate that sometimes payment can't be made immediately, so please let me know.
Albums can be found on my page displaying examples of each type of clothing, their prices and measurements. If you have any queries then please get in touch.
Terms and Conditions: As stipulated by the Consumer Contracts Regulations, I am happy to refund any payment received in full if the item is not as described, faulty or no longer wanted. As the customer, you have 14 days to return the item to me in it's original state and I can then refund you.
