On March 17th, Nick Bell signed a Sales Contract with me on an agreed upon price for a 2011 Chevy Suburban only to find out he did not have the the title for it. After 3 weeks of phone, text and email conversations - Nick has kept us dangling waiting on a supposedly non existent title. Yet he has continued to advertise this vehicle on Craig's List (for a higher price) and on Car Chasers FB Page, not 6 hours after my husband talked to him! Of course now he won't return our calls! Where I bluntly left a message expressing I would still be interested in the vehicle even if we had to change the agreed upon price! But I needed him to be honest with me and stop advertising the vehicle I have a Sales Contract for. This Company and Nick Ball has had several bad reviews and Complaints into the BBB. And now will have another one. Please avoid Car Chasers and Nick Ball - I have found they are dishonest and unscrupulous.
