    AVOID AT ALL COST - We have brought our dog Cisco to four paws a few times, this time being the 4th and FINAL. When we dropped our pet off on Monday, we left STRICT instructions on how he needed to be fed. We pre-measured out food and provided one day of EXTRA just in case. We also pre-counted his medicine he takes which is fish oil. We informed Four paws that he WOULD NOT eat his food with out squeezing three tablets on to the food. Again we pre counted the tabs totaling 27 capsules. On Thursday we called to EXTEND our over night say and day care one more day to pick up on Saturday. When we spoke with the employee they said our dog was doing great. NO MENTION OF TROUBLE! Mind you our dog does not have socialization issues or depression or when hes in a strange place he eats just fine. Our dog is basically a hoover! We have been putting him in kennels since he was born for when we travel in NO way is this new to him. Today is Satuday, we picked up our pet to find out that 19 of the 27 Pills still remain and HALF of the dog food is STILL IN THE BAG! We called and spoke with the manager, a very nice gentlemen who offered a sincere apology when I explained my concerns. He went and spoke with the pet tech "in house vet or health care person". While I was on hold, the OWNER picks up the line and from the very start was exceptionally unfriendly, offered NO apology. I explained to her that its frustrating that we left exact instructions and that my primary concern was that he didn't eat and that I had called and extended our stay and that every thing was fine and dandy and there was NO MENTION of them discontinuing his capsules. Four Paws Claims that they stopped putting the fish oil on the food because he wouldn't eat it. I might be crazy but if I ran this business and some ones pet wasn't eating. I believe I would have contacted the owner to see if there was anything they where doing wrong or missing. The owner pretty much told me to shove off and that they would not be refunding my money or any portion there of. She is exceptionally RUDE and unconcerned with your pets well being or the owners peace of mind. Facts of this issue: 1. They Didn't Follow instruction given and put my dog at risk. 2. If a problem arises they don't contact the owner. 3. The Owner has ZERO concern for her customers. 4. Not even a apology was issued 5. Was told "they did it in the best interest of the dog" Had the owner given us a portion of refund, we would have considered using them for just day care. But now after the way this was handled I will be a fully lost customer. We will make sure to tell our friends and family of our misfortune and warn those who started using them after we recommended them. At the end of the day, when you are a business owner its ultimately its about customer retention and satisfaction. Clearly the owner treats the customers just like she treats YOUR PET... WITH ZERO CONCERN.
