We are a local buisness. I have worked at 2 different appliance repair companies here in louisville ky. I have seen how they work how they over charge everyone they do repairs for. They replaced some part on the fridge ... charged me over 400 dollars and my freezer is now froze back up. So we play the waiting game . Mean while I called in to ask about getting someone out here the lady has NO skills in customer service. Raised her voice at me and booked a time that suited her to come correct their mistake and HUNG up on me. Update ....these people were scheduled to return to my home on wed between 10-1 at 230 pm got a call saying the tech was broke down while my husband got a text saying the part wouldnt be in until Friday? This confuses me due to the fact they never came back the 2nd time to even figure out what was wrong with it. As of today I am out lost wages for the day waiting for them to come back, over 300 dollars worth of food and still no remedy. So in all I will need the refund on intial visit, a days worth of lost wages and over 300 dollars in wasted foodWas this review helpful to you? -
