  PLEASE HELP!! Does anyone know a reputable heating and cooling company or some who has knowledge of heating and cooling? My elderly disabled neighbors have been without heat for over a month. They have called many companies but they won't accept payments and churches don't have the funds. They recently filed bankruptcy and have no funds to cover the cost, lowest quote was $1400. They may be able to make payments if negotiable.
