  Shannon M. wrote: *HORRIBLE* The only thing she cares about is getting people's money. Once the session happens, don't expect any kind of customer service! I specifically asked her *before* ordering if the images she uploaded would be able to handle a 16x20 print. After getting her assurance, I went ahead and ordered prints and got some of the worst quality/grainy photos I've ever seen. She then claimed that she would reorder the larger print for me, however, that was 6-7 weeks ago. She is now just blatantly ignoring my attempts to contact her. Very rude and unprofessional!
