  Anonymous post no. 3871 Hi, I am looking for a family lawyer/some legal advice regarding what to do about splitting all of my daughters costs 50/50 with the ex. We have both agreed in an email to 50/50 costs splitting as we have her 50/50, however I am unsure of the processes or if we have to have a legally binding agreement as I will also be cancelling child support payments. If you could please recommend someone with low fees or able to organise a payment plan, that would be fantastic.

  Anonymous post no. 3431 Does anyone know a good family lawyer for custody arrangements? And any idea on approximate costs for a lawyer? Do you look at rates by the hour or what? Southern end of the Gold Coast preferably but will travel for cheaper/decent lawyers. Thanks
