Does anybody know of a yoga class designed for tweens that I could sign my daughter up for this summer? Also does anyone know of a yoga class for older, overweight moms who are very self conscious? Thanks in advance.

Take a look at www.Breatheyogaatlanta.com They have a yoga camp for ages 6-12 and the Restorative yoga is very gentle for any age/level/experience. It's a great studio!
Can you help some readers? We've asked for your input on prenatal yoga & hot yoga recently ... but I've had three requests just in the last week about good-old, regular yoga.
So ... any recommendations?
