  Is it permitted to ask questions on this site? Newly diagnosed official Celiac but very educated on the subject after a grueling year of countless tests, doctors, research. No luck finding a Nutritionist in the valley that can help with Celiac so reaching out here. Also a referral on a doctor that can order IV nutrients as I'm far into malabsorption and it's getting bad, life threatening but nobody can seem to help thus far. Frustrated is an understatement.
