About us
Romano's Catering features Executive Chef, Stephen Marquis, whom takes pride in his excellent food and commitment that we have to quality, the ingredients of which Romano’s is famous for by their clientele. Stephen has been with Romano’s for over 20 years and his talents, state-of-the-art techniques, and kitchen management skills are boldly displayed at every event at Romano’s. Before coming to Romano’s, Marquis obtained his degree from the Philadelphia School of Restaurant, then honed his talents at such prestigious establishments as the posh Merion Caterers and The Warwick Hotel. The food at Romano’s is freshly prepared and Stephen specializes in the perfect fusion of color, taste, and presentation.
