I’ve been working in real estate ever since I helped build a house in exchange for 10 acres of land at the age of 19 and the following year along with 2 partners built and sold my first investment property on a different tract of land.
Today, along with my real estate license, I maintain my general contracting license. I am also well-versed in the legal side of real estate after working with property investors for many years.
One hundred percent of me plus all my real estate knowledge goes into every transaction. I take the process and the ultimate goal—your satisfaction—personally. When I help you prepare your home for the market, I know what needs to be fixed and what doesn’t—and I know how to get it done. Plus, I hire only professional photographers to give your home the best on-line presence possible.
Because I know houses from the inside out and back again, the same expertise goes into helping you select your next home. I have a mind for sales statistics, the know-how to get the work done and the ability to help you avoid both the real estate market and home construction pitfalls. I also have the patience, honesty and integrity to see you through the process from start to finish.

I love my family, I love my job and I love the great outdoors. When I’m not showing or selling houses, my wife and I enjoy entertaining our friends, most of them past clients, at our famous backyard barbecues.
