  Stefaney R. wrote: Absolutely HORRIBLE service and unprofessional mannerism !!! My boyfriend made an appointment 2 weeks in advanced as a first time client for 10 am . No one showed , and kept pushing the appointment further in the day. Contact was not made on behalf of the company , and they never showed. We attempted to give them a second chance because they stated they would do it for free to make up for their error. They again were late the next day . Upon arrival they did not even have a vacuum cleaner that worked . They had to use mine !! How does a cleaning service not have a vacuum ?? How are you cleaning homes ? They were there for approximately 2 1/2 hours for a 1,500 sq foot home , and then invoiced for $386 !!! Stating they were charging for needing 3 people which was never asked for . Keep in mind they originally quoted my boyfriend $75 a hour upon booking ... so where did the suspicious $386 for 2 /2 hrs come from. That they would do 50% off that which would be the originally price hence no actually discount . Nor the complimentary service promised because of their tardiness. When we called to discuss the dishonesty ,and unprofessionalism with a very rude person named Monica ( the owner ) . She defensively begins to state we were being “racist “ to her because she is Spanish. What does race have to do with anything here ? What does that have to do with you running a company ? Or having proper supplies for your company ? Or expressing our concerns for your lack of professionalism? They started saying that when we asked if they had a letter of good standing in georgia for their business license for the county they practice in. Skip over this company and save yourself a HUGE headache . There are so many more reliable cleaning services in the area who actually know how to be on time , have proper cleaning equipment , and won’t try to uncharge you for a semi decent cleaning job
