  I am looking for a good overall handyman/builder to assist with the renovation of three properties, everything from retaining walls, bricking up doorways, installing doors and frames, window glazing, tiling, plumbing, electrical, gutters, facias, etc etc. I am looking for someone who is not prohibitively expensive to do the labour. I will be buying all the materials. NO CHANCERS PLEASE. There is enough work to keep a handyman busy for a few months, but they will need references, and I would like to inspect previous work to determine the standard of workmanship and their reliability. If anyone knows or has used anyone suitable, please let me know.
