Anzio’s Brick Oven Pizza provides unmatched authentic Neo-Neapolitan pizza to our customers in Grafton, MA by using only the freshest ingredients and cooking with a traditional Italian brick oven. The 700 degree temperature produces a thin crust that is the perfect combination of slightly chewy, and crispy light and airy.
To us, brick-oven cooking is the only way to make a pizza.
