Sorry it took me forever to answer. I just brought the kiddos to the dells a couple of weeks ago. We stayed at the Chula Vista Resort on the north side of the Dells. It is a little drive out of town. When we checked in I talked to the Manager on Duty and she sent the chef an email that we would be down for breakfast. The chef was very knowledgeable and the breakfast was amazing!!!! For lunch we ate at the waterpark restaurant and the supervisor was great. He knew right away what to do and what contained gluten, then he apologized because we needed to wait for our cheeseburgers. I was thrilled with the service. It was worry free!
