About us

Mellowburn yoga aims to provide safe, friendly, fun, interesting and challenging yoga classes to anyone from beginner level upwards.
I teach a blend of hatha yoga disciplines in Green Ark community centre, Hotpod Yoga at Surrey Sports Park and Peak Fitness in Woking, as well as private clients.
I really enjoy helping people to chill out and uncover the beauty of relaxation, along with watching people discover more about yoga as they progress through their practice.
I hope to inspire others to use yoga as the wonderful life enriching tool that it is and I truly believe that yoga encompasses everything you need for a meaningful, holistic, healthy lifestyle.

I'm looking for early morning (pre 8am) yoga classes in Godalming or Guildford. I can see Red Hot Yoga in North Street do them, but they're really expensive. Does anyone else know of any? (ps. yep, totally googled it)
