I love Zumba because when I'm in a class I feel connection, energy and like I can do anything. I love to lose myself in the music. Those are the moments I live for. Those are the moments I want to share with everyone in the room. I don't care if you're young, old, overweight, underweight, in a wheelchair, need to sit in a chair, can only do half a class or if you are front centre in every class . I am not perfect and I don't expect anyone else to be. You are part of my class and I want you to have those moments, those lost in the music moments. I will lead you there.
My class is about the music and moving...that is all! If you like music and you can move (as in wave your arms around and move from side to side or front to back) you can do my classes.
