  My husband is an attorney. You should absolutely have an attorney in that situation. Richardson law firm, Ed Richardson, 903-893-7541. If you don't want to use him or you're nowhere near Sherman, you still need to get an attorney. Insurance companies are notorious for screwing over the injured party.
