  We would love to have you join us for Stroller Strides! We meet Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at Kanapaha Park and Tuesdays and Fridays at Westside Park. All of our classes go from 9:30 to 10:30 am. We have a great group of moms and kiddos that have become great friends in addition to workout buddies. Your first class is free so come give us a try.   Looking for suggestions for where to take kids. I have a 17 month old and a 1 month old. Really anywhere that is kid friendly even if it's just an area to walk around with a stroller. I've been thinking about venturing downtown for a walk with the kids. Really any suggestions are appreciated. I have to start getting out or I'm gonna go stir crazy. Lol. Also I want to have my son interact with other kids his age so he can learn and grow from others.
