  I used Cisco Fencing ((972) 880-4531 http://www.ciscofencing.com/ ) and am very pleased with my automatic gate. They used a commercial grade motor that has a 10 year warranty. It wasn't cheap, but I have had basically no problems with it. Be warned though, I called him recently to quote restaining my fence and Angel, the owner, has been very hard to get a hold of.
