In my original meeting with joe he said the city of SJC knows him and know his work. A permit is no problem. When he came out the second time I mentioned a permit and now all the sudden I need renderings of my home. Which would have been nice had he said this with the first meeting. Seems like that was his way of delaying the job. My husband took a week off so we can clean and prep for Joe. I'm not sure what happened but he is ignoring our calls and text. Joe is probably the most flakey contractor to date. I'll post later whom we used. Joe step up your game and be a professional !! You waisted my time. This is the final job so we can finally finish our home. The excitement was short lived. Look elsewhere if you are looking for a reliable electrician.

  Joe Rosales reasonable and great work, local. Can't remember name of his company phone number 949-481-8813/or 949-285-9397, I've used him for both residential and commercial work for 15+ years.
