Alpha & Omega Performance LTD is a purpose built strength and performance facility for athletes looking to take their training to the next level. We have a specialist range of kit catering for all sport and functional training needs. We have the only monolift in considerable radius, coupled with our competition grade bench we are a mecca for powerlifters and strength athletes alike. Everything from resistance bands and kettlebells to 2000kg of weight and a custom built functional rig.

We hold a huge range of cutting edge supplements at highly competitive prices, boasting years of industry experience and multiple qualifications in nutrition we have you well covered.
