  Does anyone know of a GOOD foundation repair company? We had our foundation done 15 years ago, just spent $40k on fixing up the house and tonight found 15 broken tiles throughout the house. I feel sick.

  Olshan foundation repair (972) 238-1600 I did A LOT of research, and had about 15 companies come out and give estimates, their price was not the cheapest but they were honest (told me to get a plumber out first) and very transparent, courteous, and professional. Additionally they've been around for a very long time and they guarantee their work (we had a company 3 years ago put in piers, they had a warranty... they didn't do it right and piers failed... but then they closed down and wouldn't come fix it or anything... )
