  Extreme's One Hour Heating and Air out of Beavercreek is fantastic. They've done emergency repairs on both my AC unit and furnace without charging extra for off-hours calls. Honest and reliable, in my experience. 937-426-7399

  If you don't find any warranty, or any restrictions, I've used one hour heating and air on quite a few of my properties and been pleased with their work. They're at 937.426.7399.
