we had loft conversion and ground floor renovation done by http://www.simplyloft.co.uk/ , based in balham. they followed the entire process and provided us the builders from http://www.buildlondon.com/ . all done in time at fixed price and with usual 10 years warranty. The price was really competitive too, so would recommend with no hesitation.
