  Has anyone had successful treatments for plantar fasciitis? I am DESPERATE to find someone who can help me. This has been ongoing for 4 years SERIOUSLY. It gets better then worse so I cannot play tennis but once a month at most, Zumba sets it on fire, running the same, etc. so I am not able to do much at all of any kind of real workout. Worse part, standing and walking a lot is tough some days. I have tried special expensive shoes, a boot, tennis ball, stretches, yoga, the machine you buy at the State Fair, (yes I bought it also) you name it. I hate taking meds for this and they just band aid it anyway for an hour or two. Please, if you have a doc to recommend or a physical therapist, anything, please send it to me. So ready to change course.

  Dr Richard Nichols. Podiatrist. In GV & KE. 817-481-4000. Used him when I broke my foot & for neuroma. I'm sorry you're having to deal with that--so painful. And ladies like us don't slow down enough to let anything heal.
