I believe Mr. Harris to be the worst attorney that I have ever had dealings with, and would quite strongly suggest that anyone in need of a Family Law Attorney go elsewhere. I found the “Harris Family Law Group” through what I now believe was a bogus “Fathers’ Rights” website. From the beginning, he misrepresented his (lack of) experience to me, made numerous and repeated mistakes in both legal documents and filings (that opposing counsel took advantage of) and wound up costing me a lot of additional money when I had to get another attorney. I found Mr. Harris to be very unprofessional, and feel that his poor actions did much more harm than good while serving as my divorce “counsel.” It’s my opinion that Mr. Harris uses his “Flat Rate” fee to lure in potential clients, with the intention of either settling each case quickly (making it cost-effective for him) or getting his client to pay and release him due to disagreements. If that’s the case, either way, he gets his money. In closing, I only wish that I’d found all of the other negative online reviews about Mr. Harris before I signed with him.
