  Husband goes to Lal Tanwani, MD. St. Mary's office at 1900 Bluegrass Ave, Suite 108, Phone 502-361-2524. He wasn't doing a good job of controlling diabetes before seeing Dr. Tanwani. That first visit was a turnaround - has kept his A1 c in limits ever since.
