  has anyone had any luck with a good physical therapist or the like for a herniated disk? i am super frustrated and really need help. i have tried chiropractors, physios, back doctor and massage. i need someone to work with me ... someone who really knows what they are doing and is willing to supervise my workouts. the trick is, it needs to be a medical person who takes insurance so that the costs aren't crazy. i just had a good physio who i had 6 appointments with; 4 of them he had me double booked...so, another one bites the dust. thanks in advance!
