  After losing my band at the Champs I know where my weaknesses are. I'm based in North East Hampshire and wondered if anyone knows of anywhere local that has OCR type obstacles to train on? I.e monkey bars, hang tough, ninja rings, etc. The Barn near Nuclear looks amazing but just too far to go regularly.

  www.theptbarn.co.uk I appreciate it is too far for regular training but if you can ever get up for events and master classes then please do. I like to think we take an alternative approach to training which hopefully you can benefit from.
