  If you have knots and want a deep tissue massage I totally recommend Sylvie Boulé 514-377-6607. On Pierrefonds blvd in medical clinic next to Sportplexe 4 Glaces in same office as Chiropractor. She woks wonders on me. Not in a fancy spa but well worth it.
