  Daylon S. wrote: Fridge went out and called AAR. Person on phone was rude and to the point. Chris came out within and hour of the call! He was very quiet and grumpy. Something was up with the motherboard and I asked, "Would you re-hook the old motherboard and wiggle the connections around, just to make sure?" Response: "Sir, (in an aggressive tone) this is what I do. I don't have time to 'wiggle' things around." I caved and fridge was fixed with new motherboard. Chris was here about 20 minutes. Quick repair, crappy attitudes. Will never use them again.
