  I need a good Pediatric dentist that performs surgery. And I need to know how they put the child out. I have a 6 year old, asthma girl who needs to have 2 baby teeth pulled and I adult tooth in front(it is an extra that sometimes comes thru). I have a dentist put doesnt perform this. I went to safari of smiles and they will put her out with an iv thru an anesthesiologist. I think I need another option, any ideas? Thanks
