  Patti J. wrote: Troy was suppose to do a shower head install. He destroyed my bathroom and the bedroom closet. He shut off my main water valve. He then demanded that I pay him 4 times the agreed price right then or he would NOT complete the job. I had no water (whole house) and a trashed bathroom & closet. I told him that I was not paying him to destroy my house and NOT do what he said he would. I asked him to at the least to cap off the bathroom pipes so I can have water to the rest of the house and I would hire someone else. He went to punch me and threw stuff at my walls, he slammed my door and left. The guy has anger issues. I was unable to contact him again to fix what he destroyed and get my water back on. DO NOT HIRE THIS A$$!

  Kris B. wrote: Troy E. Rogers never did the job. I gave his a deposit to start. I made numerous calls, emails, sent a certified letter. No response. After four months of no response I finally called the police, they reviewed my info and issued a warrant for fraud. He was taken to court and charged by the DA for theft. I did get my money back due to a court order. Buyer beware,if you choose to do business with this guy.
