Hello! My name is Claire Saunders and I am the creator of Vanilla Cloud. Having a degree in Nutrition and Food Science and undertaken professional training with Peggy Porschen in London, I have the knowledge and passion for creating visually stunning and most importantly delicious tasting cakes! Creating bespoke wedding cakes is the core of my business, however certainly not exclusively and I am more than happy to bake cakes for any occasion.
